Pen drive format issue ' The disk is right protected ' how to resolve this error ..

Pen drive maybe infected with virus or 

USB drive corrupted try clear bad sectors

Follow the steps below :

Step 1:Go to regedit.msc and change usb byte value

Step 2:Go to below path and change USBSTOR Value (0-1, 1-0)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentContro>Set\Services\USBSTOR

Step 3:After change value (Restart System)

Don't remove pendrive while Restart System

Or 

Second option if the error still showingwhile formating pen drive :

Step 1: Right click in USB Disk

Step 2: Go to property 

Step 3 :Go to general tab

Step 4 : Uncheck "Read-only" option
