🚀 Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled System Engineer (L2) to support and manage engineering applications, particularly CAD/CAE tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in application deployment, troubleshooting, and user support within an engineering environment.
🧑💻 Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support engineering applications such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA
- Manage software licensing, including license server setup and activation processes
- Prepare and validate engineering workstations for optimal performance
- Provide L2-level technical support and resolve application-related issues
- Maintain detailed documentation including installation reports, user logs, and troubleshooting guides
- Work closely with engineering teams to validate applications and resolve technical challenges
- Ensure high availability and smooth functioning of applications with minimal downtime

🎯 Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in desktop/application support (L2 level)
- Practical experience with CAD/CAE tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA preferred)
- Understanding of system configuration and basic networking concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
