We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer / Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in networking, system administration, and IT support, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
🧑💻 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
- Monitor network activity and troubleshoot connectivity or performance issues
- Implement network security measures and manage user access controls
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and related systems
- Perform regular system updates, patching, and data backup operations
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues efficiently
- Track and manage IT assets, software licenses, and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support services
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security standards
🎯 Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in network/system administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls)
- Experience with server management (Windows/Linux environments)
- Familiarity with security practices and backup solutions
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
